• Each individual may hold only one active desa55 account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
• You must notify desa55 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to access and play using your account — is not permitted.

• Deposits made using a bonus code or as part of a promotional offer may be subject to additional withdrawal conditions as specified in that promotion's terms.
• desa55 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity and source of funds.

desa55 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and other time-limited offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion in addition to these general Terms.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses on desa55 unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a stated number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is specified in each promotion.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Check individual promotion terms for game contribution rates.

Sports Betting: All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Pre-match odds are subject to change up to the start of the event. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed with a bet ID, the odds are fixed unless an obvious error has occurred. In-play bets are subject to delay and may be refused if the outcome of a key event is already known at the time of placement.

desa55 reserves the right to limit, void, or reject any bet for any reason, including but not limited to match-fixing suspicions, technical errors, or odds that were clearly published incorrectly. Settlement of bets follows official results as published by the relevant governing body for each sport. Cricket results, including PSL fixtures, follow official scorecards from the relevant cricket board.

Casino Games: All casino games offered on desa55 use certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live casino, physical dealing by professional dealers in accredited studios. Game results are final once a round is completed and settled. desa55 accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from technical issues on the player's side, including connection drops after a bet has been placed.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Stake limits vary by game and are displayed within each game or betting market. desa55 may apply lower stake limits to specific accounts at its discretion, particularly in cases of suspected advantage play.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on desa55 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanism to interact with games or the platform in place of genuine human activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through a known exploit must be reported to desa55 and will be voided if not reported.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other game where such collusion would constitute cheating.
• Creating or using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotions more than once (commonly known as bonus abuse or multi-accounting).
• Using the platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your account on your behalf.
